下剤
下剤とは何ですか?
下剤は、便秘を解消したり、下部腸に関する処置や手術の前に腸から便を排出するのに役立つ薬です。いくつかの異なるタイプが利用可能であり (以下の相違点を参照)、各タイプは特定の方法で機能します。便を柔らかくしたり緩めたりするものもありますが、大腸の収縮の頻度を高めて便を腸に沿って移動させるものもあります。
下剤は、下剤または下剤とも呼ばれます。
内容下剤は何のために使用されますか?
生活習慣を変えても便秘が解決しない場合、またはいきみによって悪化する可能性のある病状（狭心症など）がある場合、便秘の治療に下剤が使用されます。
下剤を服用する前に、その人が実際に便秘であること、そしてその便秘が診断されていない基礎疾患によるものではないことを確認することが重要です。排便習慣は人によって異なりますが、毎日排便しないからといって必ずしも便秘になるわけではありません。便秘は通常「硬い便の排出頻度がその人の通常の排便パターンよりも少ないこと」と定義されます。下剤は、電解質障害（カリウム濃度の低下など）や脱水症状を引き起こし、腸の不調を引き起こす可能性があるため、医師の監督下でない限り、一般に長期使用しないでください。

下剤の種類は次のとおりです。

腸洗浄剤
腸洗浄剤は便秘の治療法ではありません。腸の手術、結腸内視鏡検査、または放射線検査の前に、腸内に固形物が含まれていないことを確認するために使用されます。
脱水や低カリウムなど、体液および電解質の障害のある人には注意して使用する必要があります。レベル。これらは投与前に修正する必要があります。
