    Ammonium lactate-urea topical 12%-20% cream and Ammonium lactate-urea topical 12%-20% foam:Apply topically 2 times daily. Rub in until completely absorbed.Ammonium lactate-urea topical 5%-20% topical cream:Apply topically 2 times daily.

    Usual Adult Dose for Eczema:

    Ammonium lactate-urea topical 12%-20% cream and Ammonium lactate-urea topical 12%-20% foam:Apply topically 2 times daily. Rub in until completely absorbed.Ammonium lactate-urea topical 5%-20% topical cream:Apply topically 2 times daily.

    Usual Adult Dose for Psoriasis:

    Ammonium lactate-urea topical 12%-20% cream and Ammonium lactate-urea topical 12%-20% foam:Apply topically 2 times daily. Rub in until completely absorbed.Ammonium lactate-urea topical 5%-20% topical cream:Apply topically 2 times daily.
