Usage of Diurex Water Capsules

Diurex Water Capsules is a diuretic (water pill). It works by increasing urination.

Diurex Water Capsules is used to treat bloating, swelling, feelings of fullness, and other signs of water weight gain related to menstrual symptoms.

Diurex Water Capsules may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Diurex Water Capsules side effects

Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Common side effects of Diurex Water Capsules may include:

  • gold-colored urine (a normal side effect of Diurex Water Capsules and not cause for concern).
  • This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur. Call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088.

    Before taking Diurex Water Capsules

    You should not use Diurex Water Capsules if you are allergic to it, or if you are unable to urinate.

  • kidney disease;
  • heart disease; or
  • high blood pressure.
  • It is not known whether Diurex Water Capsules will harm an unborn baby. Do not use this medicine without a doctor's advice if you are pregnant.

    It is not known whether pamabrom passes into breast milk or if it could harm a nursing baby. Do not use this medicine without a doctor's advice if you are breast-feeding a baby.

    Do not give this medicine to a child or teenager without medical advice.
