Grapefruit
Usage of Grapefruit
Grapefruit, as a food, comes in a few forms like the fruit, juice, and seeds. It is also sold as tablets, capsules, and as a liquid. Whole grapefruit may help overweight people with weight loss. Whole grapefruit may also help people with diabetes control blood sugar. Grapefruit juice, whole grapefruit, or grapefruit capsules may help improve cholesterol. Little to no information supports the use of other forms of grapefruit for health problems.
