Usage of Propylhexedrine nasal

Propylhexedrine nasal is a decongestant that is used to treat a stuffy nose caused by a cold, hay fever, or other allergies.

Propylhexedrine nasal may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.

Propylhexedrine nasal side effects

Get emergency medical help if you have signs of an allergic reaction: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Stop using propylhexedrine nasal and get medical help right away if you have:

chest pain, trouble breathing, fast heartbeats;

a severe headache, blurred vision, pounding in your neck or ears;

a seizure;

agitation, confusion, paranoia, hallucinations; or

nausea, vomiting, severe constipation.

Common side effects of propylhexedrine nasal may include:

burning or stinging in your nose;

sneezing; or

runny nose.

Less serious side effects may be more likely, and you may have none at all.
