Ultralytic 2 (for the skin) is a combination medicine that is used to treat rough or scaly skin and soften cracked skin or calluses.

How to use Ultralytic 2 topical
Use exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor.
Do not take by mouth. Topical medicine is for use only on the skin.
Apply only a thin film to the affected skin. For best results, apply this medicine right after a bath or shower, while your skin is still damp. You may cover the treated skin with a bandage or gauze.
Store at room temperature away from moisture and heat. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
