Indications

AB Extrabonecare+ drugs are indicated in the following cases:

  • Prevention of calcium deficiency due to drugs containing organic calcium is highly absorbed.
  • Contains vitamins D, C, folic acid, microgesium micronutrients, mangane are essential substances for healthy bones, while increasing the body's ability to absorb calcium.
  • Provides folic acid. Has a blood tonic effect.

Calcium is related to the release and reserve of hormones and neurotransmitters, absorption and cohesion of amino acids, the absorption of cyanocobalamin and gastrin excretion.

Calcium in bone is a source of calcium reserves that can be mobilized to maintain extracellular calcium.

The main function of vitamin D is to maintain normal calcium and phosphorus concentration in plasma by increasing the effectiveness of the absorption of minerals in the small intestine and increasing the mobilization of calcium and phosphorus from the bone to the blood.

Activities of vitamin D (ergocalciferol and colecalciferol) may have a negative response effect on the formation of armor hormones (PTH).

Vitamin C participates in many metabolic processes including reducing oxidation reactions, cell respiration, carbohydrate metabolism, protein synthesis, cholesterol catabolic into bile acid, converting folic acid into folinic acid and iron conversion. Has antioxidant effect and proper immune response.

    pharmacokinetics

Calcium has a limited absorption level at each use. The best absorption when calcium is used at a dose of 500mg or less than each time. Calcium is rapidly excreted through feces, urine and sweat.

Vitamin D is well absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract, in the ileum of the small intestine, along with the fats in food with the help of bile. Half -life in the plasma of Vitamin D is 19-25 hours, stored for a long time of fat tissue. Metabolism in the liver, excreted mainly through bile and fertilizer. Only a small amount appears in the urine.

Vitamin C absorbs easy to drink. Absorption of vitamin C in the stomach - intestines may be reduced in people with diarrhea or stomach - intestinal disease.

Normal concentration in plasma is 10 - 20mcg/ml. Widely distributed throughout the body's tissues.

Vitamin C is smoothly divided into dehydroorscorbic acid, a little converted into non-active compounds including ascorbic acid-2-sulfate and oxalic acid excreted through urine.
