Pharmacology
Acetylcystein is the n-acetyl derivative of L-cystein.
Acetylcystein is used as a mucus, reducing the tuning of the lungs to expel the talk with cough, drainage posture or mechanical method. Acetylcystein as an antidote at paracetamol overdose.
Acetylcystein anti -oxygen - chemicals of free radicals generated by inflammation, damage or from outside thanks to its metabolites are glutathion, which enhances the natural respiratory and anti -inflammatory protection mechanism.
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
Acetylcystein are quickly absorbed in the digestive tract, reduced to cysteine in the liver, then converted into glutathion.
