Uses

indications

Acilar drugs are indicated in the following cases:

  • Temporarily reduce itchy eyes due to seasonal conjunctivitis.
  • Treatment of postoperative inflammation in the patient has been surgery to get opaque lens. The mechanism of action is partly due to the ability to inhibit prostaglandin biosynthesis. The small ketorolac tromethamine into the eyes will reduce the prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) content in the aquarium. The average concentration of PGE2 is 80 picogam/ml of the eye in the eye only small solution (does not contain active ingredients) and 28 picogam/ml of aquatic fluid in the eye has a small 0.5%acula solution.

Ketorolac Tromethamine uses the whole body without a pupil.

Acuit does not have a clear effect on glaucoma.

Acilar small eye solution is more effective than the conductive solution in reducing the itchy eye caused by allergic conjunctivitis.

Use a small acula eye treatment for patients for 2 weeks in a row, there are few signs of inflammation compared to the group of conductive certificates.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

2 drops (0.1 ml) of 0.5% small acula eye solution into the eyes of patients 12 hours and 1 hour before surgery to get cloudy lens has achieved significant concentrations in the eye of 8 of 9 patients (the average ketorolac concentration is 95 ng/ml in aquaculture, at 40 to 170 ng/mL).

1 drop (0.05 ml) of 0.5% acula small eye solution into one eye and a drop of solution leading to the other eye 3 times/day in 26 normal people. Only 5 out of 26 people have the amount of ketorolac found in plasma (from 10.7 to 22.5 ng/ml) on the 10th day during local treatment. When using ketorolac tromethamine 10 mg of systemic sugar is 6 hours apart, the peak concentration in plasma is about 960 ng/ml.

The phenomenon of using nonsteroidal anti -inflammatory pharmaceuticals in the medical eye can cause increased bleeding in the eye tissue during eye surgery (including room bleeding).

Cancer ability, gene mutations or fertility reduction: In an 18 -month study on mice with ketorolac tromethamine oral dose, equivalent to the maximum injection dose advised in humans (MRHD) and a 24 -month study in mice with 2.5 times the maximum dose of injection is advised in humans, showing that there is no sign of tumor creation.

Ketorolac tromethamine does not cause gene mutations in AMES testing, unneced DNA testing and recovery testing and mutant testing. In the small test of the In Vivo mouse, Ketorolac does not cause chromosomes. At 1590 µg/ml (about 1,000 average plasma levels in humans) and at higher concentrations, Ketorolac Tromethamine increases the influence of chromosomal deviations in Chinese hamster ovary cells.

Dosage of 9 mg/kg in male rats (53.1 mg/m2) or 16 mg/kg (94.4 mg/m2) in female mice does not hurt fertility.
