metronidazole metabolizes the liver into hydroxy and acid metabolic substances, excreted in urine partially in the form of glucuronid. The metabolites still have some pharmacological effects.

Half lifetime eliminates the average plasma from 8 to 10 hours.

    neomycin

Poor absorption, drug absorption may increase when the mucosa is inflamed, or damaged. When absorbed, the drug will quickly eliminate through the kidneys in the form of activity. Half life of the drug is about 2-3 hours.
