Agitafil is used for treatment in case of erectile dysfunction, the state of loss of ability to achieve and maintain enough erection to intercourse. For effective drugs, sexual stimulation is required.

Pharmacokic

Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor, with restoration of guanosin monophosphate (CGMP) - especially on phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5).
