Aladka nasal spray is indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of rhinitis, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, stuffy nose and runny nose.

Pharmacokology

xylometazoline hydrochloride belongs to the group of Aryl Alkyl Imidazoline has a sympathetic nerve effect. The drug acts on the alpha-adrenergic receptors in the arteries of the nasal mucosa, leading to a decrease in blood flow and reducing nose bleeding.

Neomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that has a bactericidal mechanism due to inhibiting bacterial biosynthesis. Neomycin's bactericidal spectrum includes Gram -negative aerobic bacteria and staphylococcus aureus, including penicillinase strains and methicillin resistance.
