Pharmacokic

Metadoxin is a new synthetic drug being used to treat fatty liver, alcoholic liver disease. It is a Pydoxin-Pyrrolidon-Carboxylate compound. Its main effect is to increase the elimination of alcohol through the kidneys; Help filtering the decomposition product of alcohol is acetaldehyd from blood and tissue.

Ethanol oxidation into acetaldehyde and acetone reduces glutathione levels. Along with the reduction of alcohol damage, metadoxin helps to recover nicotiamid-adenin dinucleotide- (NAD), Glutathione and Adenosintriphosphate (ATP) concentrated in the liver and brain, as well as the concentration of enzymes alanin aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase gamma-glutamyltranspeptidase (GGT) and normal level, all are specific signs of liver regeneration.
