Uses

indications

Alzole drugs are indicated in the following cases:

  • Treatment of esophagitis due to gastroesophageal reflux - esophagus. and reduces gastric acid secretion.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

Alzole is completely absorbed in the small intestine after drinking for 3-6 hours. Biological use is about 60%, food does not affect the absorption of the drug in the intestine. The absorption of the drug depends on the dose, the drug may increase its absorption and increase its biodiversity due to inhibition of acid secretion of the stomach, the drug is highly attached to plasma proteins (about 95%), and is distributed to tissues, especially in stomach border cells.

Biological use of the first oral dose is about 35% low, but will increase to 60% if taken by the next day, the sale time is 40 minutes, but the inhibitory effect is prolonged acid excretion, so it can be used once a day.

Alzole is completely transferred in the liver, quickly excreted through the urine (about 80%), the rest through the feces, the metabolites are not active, but interact with many other drugs due to inhibition of enzymes of the cytochrom P450 of liver cells.

The pharmacokinetics of the drug change does not make sense in the elderly or the impaired renal function, in the liver failure, the bioavailability of the increased drug and the clearance of the drug decreases, but there is no accumulation of drugs and metabolites.

The metabolism of diazepam makes the effect of the drug longer. With a dose of 40 mg/day, Alzole inhibits the metabolism of phenytoin and increases the concentration of phenytoin in the blood. Alzole inhibits the metabolism of warfarin but rarely changes bleeding time.

    Alzole increases Dicoumarol's anticoagulant effect.

Alzole reduces nifedipine metabolism at least 20% and can increase the effects of nifedipine.

Clarithromycin inhibits alzole metabolism and makes the alzole concentration doubled.
