Pharmacokology

Donepezil HCl is a substance of piperidine, which has the effect of inhibiting the enzyme transfer of acetylcholininesterase.

Donepezil HCl has a high selective effect on the central nervous system, which works by restoring the balance of natural substances (neurotransmitter) in the brain. Therefore Donepezil HCl should be used to treat memory impairment in Alzeimer disease.

How to use

Dosage

Adults: The usual dose is 5 mg, orally 1 tablet, in the evening before going to bed. The dose may increase to 10 mg/ day after 4 to 6 weeks when needed.
