Uses

indications

Anepzil 5mg drug indicated symptomatic memory impairment at mild or moderate in Alzheimer's disease.

Pharmacokology

Donepezil HCl is a substance of piperidine, which has the effect of inhibiting the enzyme transfer of acetylcholininesterase.

Donepezil HCl has a high selective effect on the central nervous system, which works by restoring the balance of natural substances (neurotransmitter) in the brain. Therefore Donepezil HCl should be used to treat memory impairment in Alzeimer disease.

pharmacokinetics

absorption:

Donepezil HCl is well absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract, the peak concentration in plasma reaches 3-4 hours after drinking.

Half of life is sold at the end of about 70 hours, so the only daily dose will lead to gradual approach to equilibrium.

The equilibrium state is achieved within 3 weeks after the beginning of the therapy.

Once the equilibrium is achieved, the concentration of Donepezil in plasma and the activity of the relevant pharmacological force shows that there is very little change in the day's process. Food does not affect the absorption of Donepezil HCl.

Distribution:

About 95% Donepezil HCl attaches to human plasma proteins. Donepezil distribution in different tissues has not been clearly researched.

Metabolism and elimination:

Donepezil, HCl is eliminated in the form and metabolized in the urine by the P450 cytochrome system into double metabolic products, not all of these metabolites are determined.

It is likely to increase myasthenia gravis and can lead to death if the respiratory muscles are affected.

Management:

In any case of overdose, take the patient to the hospital for timely treatment.

Using measures to support systemic, anti -cholin third -level secretion like Atropine can be used as an antidote in the case of donepezil overdose.

It is unknown whether Donepezil or its metabolic products may be eliminated by a separation (hemorrhage, peritoneal or dialysis).

In an emergency, call the 115 emergency center immediately or go to the nearest local health station.

What to do when you forget 1 dose? However, if the time to relax with the next dose is too short, skip the dose and continue the calendar of the drug. Do not use double dose to compensate for missed dose.
