Telfast 180mg medicine is indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of allergic rhinitis: Telfast HD 180mg is indicated to treat seasonal allergic rhinitis in adults and children 12 years and older. The drug reduces itching and a significant amount of urticaria. Fexofenadin is an active metabolite of terfenadin but no longer toxic to the heart due to not inhibiting potassium channels associated with myocardial cycles.
