Pharmacology

cefpodoxim is the 3rd generation cephalosporin antibiotic with wide antibacterial spectrum. The drug has high durability for beta lactamase, which works on both gram (-) and gram (+) bacteria. The vk gram (-) is sensitive to cefpodoxim including beta lactamase seminarians and not born beta lactamase: H. Influenzae, E. Coli, Neisseria Meningitidis, Nesseria Gonorrhoe, Proteus Mirabilis, Klebsiella.
