Indications

Aromasin drugs are indicated in the following cases:

Support for postmenopausal women with cancer in the early stage with positive estrogen receptors (EBC), after 2-3 years of initial support treatment with Tamoxifen.

Breast cancer progresses in women after menopause according to natural physiology or other causes after treatment with anti -estrogen therapy. The effectiveness of the drug is not seen in patients with sound estrogen receptors.

In women after menopause, the estrogen is made up mainly from the conversion of androgen to the estrogen thanks to the enzyme aromatase in peripheral tissue.
