Sensitive Gram -negative bacteria include Escherichia Coli, Klebsiella Pneumoniae, Proteus Mirabilis and Moraxella. Haemophilus Influenzae often decreases sensitivity.

    pharmacokinetics

cefadroxil firmly in the stomach acid environment and well absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract is not affected by food. About 20% Cefadroxil binds to plasma proteins. Selling time for plasma is about 1 hour and 30 minutes in normal renal function, this time lasts from 14 to 20 hours in kidney failure, Cefadroxil immediately after absorption, widely distributed throughout tissues and body fluids.
