Avastin drugs are now indicated for metastatic breast cancer treatment, non -cell lung cancer, nerve tumor, nephrotic cell carcinoma, ovarian cancer and cervical cancer.

How to use

Avastin injection solution 400mg/16ml injected intravenously.

Dosage

Dosage for treatment step one: 5mg/kg weight, once/2 weeks; or 7.5mg/kg weight, once/3 weeks.

Dosage for treatment step two: 10mg/kg weight, once/2 weeks; or 15mg/kg weight, once/3 weeks.

Local cancer or metastatic breast cancer (UTVDC):

The recommended dose of Avastin by intravenous line is 10mg/kg weight, once every 2 weeks; or 15mg/kg weight, once every 3 weeks.

Clinical effect in UTVDC patients has also been shown when used at a dose of 7.5mg/kg of intravenous weight once/3 weeks.
