Axofen drug indicated in the following cases:
Human -hute -throwned hildo -throwning studies, using Fexofenadin hydrochlorid once and twice a day shows that the drug shows antihistamine effect within 1 hour, reaching the maximum level after 6 hours and lasting effect for 24 hours. There is no evidence of tolerance to these effects after 28 days of medication. Clinical studies in seasonal allergic rhinitis shows that the 120 mg dose is sufficient within 24 hours.
There is no significant difference in the QT segment in seasonal patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis using fexofenadin hydrochlorid at the dose up to 240 mg x 2 times/day x 2 weeks compared to placebo. Also, there is no significant change in the QT segment in healthy people using fexofenadin hydrochlorid at the dose of 60 mg x 2 times/day x 6 months, 400mg x 2 times/day x 6.5 days, 240 mg/day/day x 1 year compared to placebo.
Fexofenadin Hydrochlorid (5-10mg/kg oral inhibiting bronchospasm caused by antigen in the mouse and inhibiting the release of histamine from the village nursing concentration on the concentration of treatment (10-100μm).
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
Fexofenadin hydrochlorid is quickly absorbed into the body by oral, with a maximum concentration time about 1-3 hours after drinking. The average concentration is about 427 ng/ml after taking 120 mg/day/day and about 494 ng/ml after taking the dose of 180 mg/time/day.
Fexofenadin binds to plasma proteins about 60-70%. Fexofenadin is negligible (through the liver or without liver), because Fexofenadin is the main compound found in urine and feces of animals and humans. Fexofenadin plasma plasma concentrations decrease in a exponential jaw, with the final selling time of about 11-15 hours after drinking many doses. The pharmacokinetics of Fexofenadin are linear when taking a dose and many doses of up to 120 mg 2 times/day. The dose of 240 mg x twice a day increases slightly (about 8.8%) under the concentration curve in a stable state, indicating that the actual pharmacokinetics of Fexofenadin is linear at the dose of 40 - 240 mg /day. The main excretion line is through the secretion of bile, about 10% of the dose is excreted through urine in the form of unchanged.
