Azaroin 15 g is indicated in the following cases:

Mild to medium to medium acne treatment, especially inflammatory lesions. Clindamycin inhibits the synthesis of bacterial protein at ribosom by linking to the Ribosom 50S subunit and makes the image towards the starting process of the peptide chain. In vitro studies show that clindamycin inhibits all the number of propionibacterium acnes testibacterium bacteria at the minimum inhibitor (Mic) 0.4 g/ml.

Cross reaction between clindamycin and lincomycin has been proven.

The antagonism between clindamycin and erythromycin has also been proven.

Dynamic pharmacokinetics

Dosage

Adults and teenagers
