Uses
indications
Barole 10 mega drug is indicated in the following cases:
Acid secretion effect:
After taking the dose of 20mg Rabeprazol, the effect of inhibiting gastric acid secretion will appear within 1 hour, maximum effect in 2-4 hours. The ratio of basic acid secretion and stimulating food at 23 hours after taking Rabeprazol's first dose is 69% and 82% in order and inhibitor time can last up to 48 hours. The effect of inhibiting acid secretion increases slightly at a daily dose once and stabilizes after 3 days of medicine. Acid secretion returns to normal after 2-3 days of stopping the drug.
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
When taking orally 20 mg Rabeprazol, the peak of plasma peaks achieved after 2-5 hours. There is no significant accumulation when taking 10mg - 40mg dose for 24 hours, Rabeprazol's pharmacokinetics does not change by high doses.
Selling plasma waste time is 1-2 hours. Rabeprazol is detected in plasma after 1 hour oral orally at a dose of 20 mg. The absolute bioavailability of Rabeprazol hard capsules is about 52%. 93% Rabeprazole binds to plasma proteins.
Rabeprazol is strongly metabolized, the main metabolic form detected in plasma is thioete and sulphon. There is no excretion inhibition in these forms of metabolic. In vitro tests show that Rabeprazol is metabolized mainly through the liver, due to Cytochrom P450 3A (Sulphon form) VA 2C19 (Desmethyl Rabeprazol), 90% of urine excreted drugs, mainly in the form of thioete carboxylic acid, vnicuronid bonding format and mercapturic acid metabolism.
rabeprazol gives anti -secreting effect within 1 hour after taking the dose of 20mg. The average inhibitory effect of rabeprazol on the acidity of the stomach within 248 is equal to 88% of the maximum after using the single dose. Compared to the placebo, Rabeprazol 20mg inhibits acidic excretion due to irritation
Because of normal meals and 86% and 95% pepton meals, and increasing the percentage of the period of 24 hours and the stomach has a pH> 3 from 10% to 65%. The impact of this radio force compared to the short selling time of the drug (1 - 2 hours) shows the prolonged inhibition effect on H+, K+ATPASE.

Contraindicated
Barole 10 mega drug is contraindicated in the following cases:
Be cautious when used

There may be severe liver failure, blistering on the skin, red skin. Stop using the drug when there is a recurrence of skin lesions.
Not recommended for children.
Treatment with proton pump inhibitors, including rabeprazol, can increase the risk of gastrointestinal tract infections with salmonella, campylobacter and clostridium difficile. Using special proton bomb inhibitors at high doses and for a long time (over 1 year), which can increase the risk of hip, wrist and spine fractures, mainly occurs in the elderly or those with other risk factors. Studies record that proton pump inhibitors may increase the risk of fractures from 10 to 40%. Some of these cases may be due to other risk factors. Patients with the risk of osteoporosis should be treated according to the current regimen and they should use vitamin D in combination with calcium. Serious hematoma has been recorded in patients treated with proton pump inhibitors such as Rabeprazol for at least 3 months and most of them are about 1 year. The serious manifestations of bloody lower blood like fatigue, muscle spasms, delirium, convulsions, dizziness and ventricular arrhythmia may occur but they can progress silently and may be overlooked. In most patients, blood mangesi reduction is improved after adding mangesi and stopping the use of proton pump inhibitors.
The effect of the drug on driving and operating machinery
There has been no research on the effect of the drug on the ability to drive and operate machinery. However, based on unwanted effects, the drug can cause headaches or dizziness, recommend not to drive or operate machines when using Rabeprazol.
Using drugs for women during pregnancy and lactating
Drug interaction
rabeprazol is metabolized through the enzyme system to metabolize Cytochrom P450 (CYP450) but there is no significant clinical interaction with other drugs transformed through the CYP450 system such as Warfarin, Theophylin, Diazepam and Phenytoin.
rabeprazol gives prolonged excretion of gastric acid secretion, so it can occur in interaction with drugs where the level of absorption depends on the stomach pH such as ketoconazole (down 33%). Therefore, patients need to be carefully monitored when using rabeprazol with these drugs. The common use of rabeprazol and antacids does not change rabeprazol levels in plasma.
Storage
Leave a cool place, avoid light, temperature below 30⁰C.
To be out of reach of children, read the user manual carefully before use.
