Indications
Baticolin 500mg drug is indicated in the following cases:
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
citicolin absorb well after oral oral, absolute bioavailability of approximately 99%. The drug metabolizes in the liver into a free cholin form. The liver has the ability to synthesize lecithin from cholin and re -synthesize citicolin from cytidin and cholin.
Because it is difficult to determine the plasma citicolin concentration, in the tests only determine the free cholin concentration or the sum of plasma radiation within the limit of an amount equivalent to citicolin. Choline concentration in plasma increases significantly after drinking. On the radiation spectrum obtained after taking citicolin 300mg, there are two peaks equivalent to citicolin. The first communal house appears approximately after 1 hour of taking the drug (1.5 mcg/ml), perhaps associated with the unprocessed citicolin mixture and its metabolic product (cholin and cytidin diphosphate). The second nail appears after 24 hours of taking the drug (3 mcg/ml) and maybe this is the cause of slow absorption and continues to accumulate medication after this period. Cholin obtained from citicolin through the bloody brain barrier, probably the source of raw materials for synthesizing acetylcholin and lecithin (phosphatidylcholin). A large amount of citicolin is in the form of combining tissues and/or used in biosynthetic and degenerative paths, including lecithin synthesis/cell lipid.
A small amount of drugs are eliminated through urine (2 - 3%) and feces (less than 1%). There are approximately 12% of the drug excreted like respiratory carbonioxyd. The selling time of citicolin is 3.5 hours (the first peak concentration) and 125 hours (the second peak concentration).

The effect of the drug on driving and operating machinery

Use drugs for women during pregnancy and lactation
Currently there is no complete research and good control of the use of citicolin during pregnancy and nursing women. Do not use drugs during breastfeeding because it is still unknown whether citicolin is excreted in milk or not.
Interactive drug
The drug increases the effect of levodopa when shared.
Avoid use with meclofenoxat, Centrofenoxin.
4-Hydroxyantyrin significantly increases tissue concentration of plasma of citicolin in the brain and liver.
