Befucid cream is a combination of betamethasone, which has anti -inflammatory and anti -itching effect, with fusidic acid, has a strong antibacterial effect.

Betamethason Valerat is a topical corticosteroid for effective effects in bacterial dermatitis that often responds to this treatment. When used on the spot, Fusidic acid works well on staphylococcus aureus, streptococcus, corynebacteria, neisseria and clostridia and bacteroides.

concentration of 0.03 to 0.2 µg/ml inhibits most S.Aureus strains. The resistance of fusidic acid is not reduced by the presence of betamethasone.

Dynamic pharmacokinetics

There is no data that determines the dynamics of fucidic acid cream and betamethason valerat when used in place in place.

However, In vitro studies show that Fusidic acid can be absorbed through the skin in humans. The level of skin permeability depends on factors such as the time of contact, the condition of the skin. The drug is excreted mainly in a small amount of excretion through the urine.

betamethason is absorbed when used on the spot. The level of absorption depends on different factors, including skin condition and drug position. Betamethasone is metabolized mainly in the liver but also has a small amount in the kidneys, the metabolites do not work excreted through the urine.
