Biseko drugs are indicated in the following cases:
Pharmacokinus
Biseko is the isothermal solution of 5% plasma protein prepared from human plasma for healthy blood.
Preparations containing Immunoglobulin are full and intact biological activity in a stable form. Due to the ingredients of Immunoglobulin IgG, IGM, IGA, Biseko are effective when used for patients temporarily reduced Immunoglobulin after surgery. In this case, using intravenous medication has a special significance because IGM contains all of the antibodies against Gram -negative and gram -positive bacteria as well as antibodies that neutralize the toxins of these bacteria.
Products containing albumin and other shipping proteins at conventional concentrations and thus are especially suitable for compensation for the lack of glue (such as blood loss after injury or surgery).
Preparations are highly stable due to lipoprotein is eliminated by adsorbing method, and preparations do not contain coagulation factors.
ISOAGGGLUTININ AND A and B erythrocyte condenser and b
pharmacokinetics
biseko contains full human plasma proteins and intact biological activity in a stable form. So the half -life, metabolism and elimination in accordance with similar blood. The elimination of plasma proteins in Biseko's composition does not affect patients with renal function.

How to use
Take drugs by vein.
Check the sensory solution in the bottle for precipitate and discoloration before use. Do not use cloudy or residual solution.
Biseko solution should be warmed to room temperature or body temperature before use.
Biseko solution should be initially intravenously at a ratio of 0.1ml/kg body weight for an hour for 10 minutes. When the transmission start, the transmission speed must not exceed 20 drops per minute (equivalent to 1ml per minute). If the drug is well tolerated, the transmission rate may increase slowly to a maximum speed of 0.3 to 0.4mg/kg body weight/hour and maintain this speed during the remaining transmission time.
Dosage
Adults
Can increase the maximum dose to 2000ml for a patient a day.
Children
15 to 20ml/kg body weight per day.
Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist.
What to do when overdose?
In babies and young children taking biseko at higher doses than the maximum recommended dose and this dose is equivalent to the volume of their estimates or more, it can be noticed even if the very low amount of isoagglutinin can cause clinical symptoms. Note signs of hemolysis.
What to do when forgetting a dose?
Side Effects
When using Biseko, you may experience unwanted effects (ADR).
Side reactions such as dizziness, headache, fever, nausea, allergic reactions, vomiting and mild back pain can occur.
Rare: Immunoglobulin in the drug component can cause reducing blood pressure and in several individual cases may have a sensitive reaction that leads to shock, even if the patient has no sensitive signs at the previous medication.
When using pharmaceuticals derived from blood or plasma, it is impossible to completely eliminate infectious diseases due to the transmission of pathogens. This also explains for diseases so far. In order to reduce the risks of transmission of pathogens, strict verification is applied to select people for blood and human blood.
Instructions on how to handle ADR
In the event that adverse reactions occur, decrease in transmission or stop transmission. If the adverse reactions exist for a long time after the drug is stopped, it is necessary to take appropriate treatment. And treatment depends on the nature and severity of these reactions.
In case of shock, quickly apply specialized anti -shock treatment for patients.
When experiencing side effects of the drug, it is necessary to stop using and notify the doctor or go to the nearest medical facility for timely treatment.
Warnings
Before using the drug you need to read the instructions carefully and refer to the information below.

Biseko drugs contraindicated in the following cases:
Be cautious when using
Some adverse drug reactions may occur may be related to the transmission speed.
To closely follow the transmission speed mentioned in the dosage and usage section, the patient must be closely checked and carefully monitored the symptoms that occur during the transmission time.
Monitor patients after transmission for at least 20 minutes.
Use drugs for young children: Use the right dose recommended. Monitoring and controlling children when transmitting, anti -overdose.
The ability to drive and operate machinery
Biseko does not affect the ability to control vehicles and machines.

Interaction with serological tests
After using Biseko, temporarily increasing passive transport antibodies in the blood of patients can create positive results in seral tests. These results are based on transport antibodies (passive immunity) and doctors should calculate this ability.
Biseko is suitable for disperse back to concentrated red blood cells.
Cavalry
Do not mix bisko together with other medicinal products. However, Biseko can mix with physiological saline solution when transmitted.
