Bromanase is indicated for treatment of inflammatory cases, postoperative edema and injury, especially in the nose and sinus.
Pharmacology
Bromelain is a protein -based protein -based enzyme, extracted from pineapple (Ananas comosus bromeliaceae). Bromelain is used as a supportive drug in the treatment of inflammation and soft tissue edema associated with trauma and surgery. Bromelain is also used in digestive help and in the treatment of skin burns.

How to use
