Bromhexine A.T is indicated to dilute phlegm in acute or chronic respiratory infections.
Pharmacokology
Bromhexine hydrochloride is a regulating and respiratory mucus. Due to the activation of sialomucin synthesis and breaking the acid mucopolysaccharid fibers, the drug makes the sputum more loose and less. The drug makes phlegm easier, so the sputum should be exhausted effectively.

How to use
Should take medicine after meals.
Dosage
Children under 2 years old: 2.5 ml/time (measuring with attached cup), 2 times a day.
Children from 2 to 6 years old: 5 ml/time (measuring with attached cup), 2 times a day.
Children from 6 to 12 years old: 5 ml/time (measuring with attached cup), 3 times a day.
Children over 12 years old and adults: 10 ml/time (measuring with the attached cup), 3 times a day.
