Bromhexine A.T is indicated in cases of dilution of phlegm in acute or chronic respiratory infections.

Pharmacokology

Bromhexine hydrochloride is a regulating and respiratory mucus. Due to the activation of sialomucin synthesis and breaking the acid mucopolysaccharid fibers, the drug makes the sputum more loose and less. The drug makes phlegm easier, so the sputum should be exhausted effectively.

5ml/time (measuring with the attached cup), 3 times a day.

Children over 12 years old and adults

10ml/time (measuring with the attached cup), 3 times a day.
