Pharmacokology

trimetazidin inhibits the oxidation of fatty acids by inhibiting the 3-ketoacyl-coa thiolase enzymes in ischemic cells, energy obtained during glucose oxidation needs to be less than oxygen than oxidative beta. Promoting glucose oxidation will help optimize cell energy processes, thus maintaining appropriate energy metabolism during anemia.

In patients with local heart anemia, trimetazidine acts as a metabolite, which helps conserve high intracellular energy levels in myocardial cell. Trimetazidin has anti -anemia effect but does not affect hemodynamics.

Dynamic pharmacokinetics

After taken, the drug is quickly absorbed and reached the peak concentration in plasma before 2 hours. The drug diffuses well into the tissue, low links to plasma proteins. The sale time is 6 hours. Elimination mainly through urine.
