Be cautious when using

For patients with mild calcium hypercalcium (exceeding 300mg/24 hours or 7.5mmol/24 hours) or a history of ureter, need to monitor the excretion of calcium in urine. Dosage should be reduced or discontinued if needed. Increasing the amount of fluid supply to the body is recommended in patients easily forming stones in the urinary tract.

Pregnancy

CA-C 1000 Orange may be used during pregnancy, in case of calcium deficiency. However, when starting to supplement during the last 3 months of pregnancy, not exceeded 1500mg of calcium/day. In pregnant women, it is necessary to avoid calcium overdose because prolonged hypercalcemia is associated with side effects on the development of the fetus.

Medicinal interaction

Cardiagomy glycosides can increase with hypercalcemia due to treatment with calcium. Patients need to be monitored with electrocardiograms and serum calcium. Oral or sodium fluorid bisriide used with calcium -containing preparations can reduce the absorption in the stomach - intestines of bisphosphonate or sodium fluorid.
