Candid drug is indicated in the following cases:

Ear mushroom infection. Clotrimazole inhibits the conversion via enzyme catalyst from 2, 4 - methylenedihydrololanosterol into demethylsterol, the precursor of ergosterol, an important component that makes the dead cell membrane of the mushroom.
