Fungal fungal diseases caused by skin fungus, yeast, mold and other mushrooms (e.g. interstitial fungus - skin fungus - hands, body fungus, inguinal mushrooms, ben) and erythrasma (Crynebacterium minutissimium).
Vulnerable lip inflammation and surrounding areas caused by mushrooms in women, foreskin and penis scalp caused by yeast in men (mushroom vulva and foreskin caused by mushrooms).
Pharmacokology
Clotrimazole is a synthetic derivative of imidazole and has a chemical structure similar to miconazole.
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
The drug is distributed in the skin in the form of no metabolism that decreases from the outside to the inside. The maximum concentration at the horny layer and the drug is present for long hair follicles.
After applying healed or damaged skin, 0.1 - 0.5% of the drug is absorbed but not found in serum (meaning the concentration of the drug is less than 1 ng/ml).
Research on oral medication (is a less used sugar in the actual treatment) and vaginal glance shows that the drug is rapidly metabolized in the liver before the whole body effect. 50% of the amount of clotrimazole and metabolism of the drug in serum attached to the plasma albumine.
The content of both reaches the highest peak within 2 - 6 hours after a dose. This concentration decreases while continuing to use the drug. Clotrimazole at a low oral dose of 7 mg/kg/day stimulates the liver's oxidation, increasing its metabolism. The drug is excreted mainly through bile and urinary tract with only 1% in the form of operation. It is unclear whether or not to excrete through breast milk or whether or not to transport through the placenta or not. After a dose of oral, 10% is discharged through urine after 24 hours, 25% in 6 days.
