Caplor 75mg is indicated:

Reducing blood blockages (myocardial infarction, stroke and necrosis) and blood thrombosis for patients with atherosclerosis that has just experienced stroke, myocardial infarction or peripheral artery diseases.

Pharmacological

Clopidogrel is a agent inhibiting platelet adhesion. The adenosine diphosphate inhibitor (ADP) into platelet receptors and then inhibits the activation of the intermediate Glycoprotein GPIIB/IIIA compound by ADP thus inhibits platelet adhesion.
