Casilas 20mg 2x2 Davipharm is indicated in the following case:

Treatment of erectile dysfunction in adult men: Casilas 20mg shows the ability to significantly improve penis erection, suitable for sexual activity.

In order for Tadalafil to effectively treat erectile dysfunction , sexual stimulation is needed. You and your partner need to have a foreplay like when you haven't used it.

Pharmacological

Tadalafil's acting mechanism is a selective inhibitor with restoration of Guanosine monophosphate (CGMP), namely phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE-5).
