Uses
indications
Cefaclor 375 mg-Vidipha drug is indicated in the following cases:
Treatment of respiratory infections caused by sensitive bacteria, especially after using common antibiotics (due to "recommended national national respiratory infections program) that failed.
As well as other cephalosporins, the bactericidal effect of cefaclor is due to inhibition of cell walls.
antibacterial spectrum
Alpha and beta hemolytic bacteria.
Staphylococci; Including strains producing positive coagulase, negative coagulase and penicillinase.
pneumococcal
Streptococcus Pyogenes (Beta bacterial streptococcal bacteria).
branhamella catrhalis.
Escherichia coli.
proteus mirabilis.
Klebsiella species.
Haemophilus Influenzae, including ampicillin strains.
Cefaclor has no activity against pseudomonas species or acinetobacter species. Methicillin anti -staphylococcus aureus and most intestinal bridges (for example, Str. Faecalis) are resistant to Cefaclor. Cefaclor has no activity against most of the enters, Serratia spp, Morganella Morganii, Proteus Vulgaris and Providencia Rettgeri.
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
cefaclor is absorbed very well when drinking in hunger. The total number of drugs is absorbed the same whether the patient is used when hungry or full, but when used with food concentration, only 50% - 70% of the peak concentration is achieved when the patient is fasting and is slower about 45 - 60 minutes.
When taken at hunger, after taking the dose of 250 mg, 500 mg, 1g, the average peak concentration in serum is 7, 13, and 23 mg/l, achieved after 30-60 minutes. About 60 - 85% of the drug is eliminated in the form of unchanged urine within 8 hours, a large part of the drug is eliminated in the first 2 hours. In about 8 hours, the concentration of peaks in the urine corresponds after taken 250 mg, 500 mg, 1 g is 600, 900, and 1,900 mg/l.
Average half -life in normal serum is about 1 hour (from 0.6 to 0.9). In patients with impaired renal function, the half -life is often slightly longer. In people who completely decrease the kidney function, the half -life of serum cancellation of the initial drug form is 2.3 to 2.8 hours. The discharge of drugs in patients with severe renal failure has not been determined. Dialysis reduces the half -life of drugs by about 25 - 30%.
Before taking Cefaclor 375mg Vidipha medicine for infections (1 blister x 10 tablets)
How to use
oral medication.
Dosage
Adults
Mild and average infection: 1 tablet x 2 times/day.

Note: The above dose is for reference only. Specific dosage depends on the condition and level of progression of the disease. For a suitable dose, you need to consult a doctor or medical specialist. What to do when overdose? The severity of epigastric pain and diarrhea related to the dose. If there are other symptoms, may be caused by allergies, or the effect of another poisoning or the current disease of the patient.
Overdose treatment should consider the overdose of many drugs, drug interactions and abnormal pharmacokinetics in patients.
No need to wash the stomach, intestines, unless taken Cefaclor at a dose of 5 times the normal dose.
Protection of the respiratory tract for patients, ventilation support and infusion.
Reduce the absorption of drugs by giving activated carbon many times. In many cases, this method is more effective than causing vomiting or gastric lavage. Can wash stomach and add activated carbon or only use activated carbon.
Dowers, abdominal dung or dialysis have not been determined to be beneficial in the treatment of overdose.
What to do when you forget a dose? However, if close to the next dose, skip the forgotten dose and take the next dose at the time as planned. Note that it should not be used double the prescribed dose.

Contraindicated
Cefaclor 375 mg-Vidipha drug is contraindicated in the following cases:
Be cautious when using
Caution when taking drugs for patients with a history of hypersensitivity to cephalosporin, especially with cefaclor, or with penicillin, or with other drugs. Be cautious with patients allergies to penicillin because of cross -sensitive. However, the frequency of sensitivity is crossed with low penicillin.
Cefaclor long -term use can cause fake colitis. Precautions for patients with a history of gastrointestinal tract, especially colitis.
Be careful when using Cefaclor for people with severe renal function. Because of the half -life of Cefaclor in patients with dawn of 2.3 - 2.8 hours (compared to 0.6 - 0.9 hours in normal people), they often do not need to adjust the dose for people with average renal insufficiency but must reduce the dose in people with severe renal failure. Because clinical experience in using Cefaclor is limited, clinical monitoring is needed. Kidney function should be monitored during cefaclor treatment in combination with antibiotics with potential toxic kidneys or with furosemid, ethacrynic acid.
Test Coombs (+) during cefaclor treatment. While making a diagonal reaction or testing Coombs test in infants whose mothers used cefaclor before giving birth, this reaction may (+) due to drugs.
Find the urinary glucose with false reducing agents.
The ability to drive and operate machinery
does not affect.
Pregnancy
There is no work that has been fully studied in pregnant women. Therefore, Cefaclor is only indicated in pregnant women when necessary.
The period of breastfeeding
Cefaclor concentration in breast milk is very low. The impact of the drug on breastfeeding is unknown but should pay attention when children see diarrhea, wasting and rash.
Drug interaction
simultaneous use of cefaclor and warfarin rarely increases prothrombin time, causing bleeding or not clinically bleeding. For these patients, prothrombin should be monitored regularly and adjust the dose if necessary.
Probenecid increases the concentration of cefaclor in serum.
Cefaclor is simultaneously used with aminoglycosides or Furosemid diuretic, which increases the toxicity of the kidneys.Storage
Keep the medicine in a closed box, out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature, dry place, avoid direct light.
