Indications

CEFDINIR 300mg drug is indicated in the following cases:

Adults and teenagers

Pneumonia has a community, caused by Haemophilus Influenzae, Haemophilus parainfluenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae (orange-sensitive strain with penicillin), and moraxellacatatrhalis (including β-lactamase).

Exacerbats of chronic bronchitis, also due to the above agents.

Acute sinusitis caused by Haemophilus Influenzae, Streptococcus Pneumoniae, Moraxella Catatrhalis (including seminarians β-lactamase).

Skin infections and skin structure caused by staphylococcus aureus (including seminarians β-lactamase) and Streptococcus pyogenes.

Children

Acute otitis media caused by Haemophilus Influenzae, Haemophilus parainfluenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Moraxella Catatrhalis (including β-lactamase).

throat tonsillitis/tonsillitis caused by streptococcus pyogenes.

Skin infections and skin structure caused by staphylococcus aureus (including seminarians β-lactamase) and Streptococcus pyogenes.

Pharmacokic

Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus Epidermidis (including seminarians β- lactamase but must be sensitive to methicillin), Streptococcus pneumoniae, streptococcus pyogenes (sensitive penicillin).

Gram-negative bacteria: Haemophilus influenzae, Haemophilus parainfluenzae, and Moraxella Catatrhalis (including β-lactamase), Escherichia Coli, Klebsiella Pneumoniae, Neisseria Gonorrhoeeae.

pharmacokinetics

How to use

Oral drugs.

Dosage

Adults

Pneumonia has a community:

300 mg x 2 times/day, for 10 days.

Execunction of chronic bronchitis:

300 mg x 2 times/day or 600 mg/time, for 10 days.

Acute sinusitis:

300 mg x 2 times/day or 600 mg/time, for 10 days.

pharyngitis /tonsillitis:

300 mg x 2 times/day, or 600 mg/time, for 5-10 days.

Dermatitis and skin structure:

300 mg x 2 times/day, for 10 days.

Children

Acute otitis media:

7 mg/kg x 2 times or 14 mg/kg x 1 time, for 5-10 days.

pharyngitis/tonsillitis:

7 mg/kg x 2 times/day, or 14 mg/kg x 1 time, for 5-10 days.

Dermatitis and skin structure:

7 mg/kg x 2 times/day, for 10 days.

Patients with renal failure

Adults with creatinine clearance

Children with creatinine clearance

Patients with dialysis

Recommended dose:

300 mg/day or 7 mg/kg at the end of a dialysis, one dose on the day.
