Clanoz drugs are indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of symptoms related to allergic rhinitis such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose; and allergic conjunctivitis. Loratadine has a mild effect on the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, itching and urticaria due to the release of histamine, loratadin belonging to the second -generation H1 receptor antagonist group.
