Clarityne drugs are indicated in the following cases:

Symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy nose, itching and tearing. Signs and symptoms in the nose and eye will decrease rapidly after taking the medication.

Reduce symptoms of chronic urticaria and other allergic skin diseases.

Pharmacology

Loratadine is a 3 -round structure antihistamine, 2nd generation, long -lasting effect with selective antagonistic H1 peripheral receptor. The drug does not penetrate into the brain blood barrier, so it does not significantly affect the central nervous system and does not manifest the anti -cholinergic effect. The drowsiness in clinical studies is about 1-2%.
