Indications

Clopivir drugs are indicated in the following cases:

  • Reduce or prevent thrombosis caused by atherosclerosis (myocardial infarction, stroke and a stroke) in patients with a history of atherosclerosis manifested by ischemic stroke (from 7 days to less than 6 months), myocardial infarction (from a few days to less than 35 days) or peripheral artery disease.
  • Used in combination with aspirin in patients in unstable angina or myocardial infarction without q.
  • Pharmacy

Clopidogrel selectively inhibits ADP (Adenosine diphosphate) on platelet receptors and leads to ADP intermediaries of Glycoprotein GPIIB/IIIA, thus inhibiting the process of coccan. The metabolism of clopidogrel is necessary for platelet training but the active metabolites of clopidogrel have not been isolated.

Clopidogrel also inhibits platelet training due to the coincidence elsewhere, in addition to the process of preventing platelet activation from ADP release. Clopidogrel does not have the effect of inhibiting phosphodiesterase activity.

    pharmacokinetics

Clopidogrel absorbs quickly but not completely after drinking, absorbing at least 50%. Clopidogrel is a precursor, widely metabolized in the liver mainly into carboxylic acid derivatives. Clopidogrel and its metabolites are excreted through feces and urinary tract, 50% of the dose is retained in urinary tract and 46% in feces.
