Uses

indications

Coperil 4 drugs are indicated in the following cases:

  • Treatment of hypertension Calculate the metabolism of Perindoprilat. Perindopril prevents Angiotensin I transforming into Angiotensin II as a strong vascular contraction agent.

ACE inhibits reduces angiotensin II in plasma, leading to increased lenin activity in plasma and leads to reduction in aldosteron secretion, which reduces sodium retention and increases potassium retention in the body. Because ACE is inactivating Bradykinin, ACE inhibits also leads to the increase in the activity of the kallikrein-kinin system during the circulation and thus also activates the prostaglandin system, this mechanism also contributes to lowering blood pressure.

In people with hypertension, Perindopril reduces blood pressure by reducing the peripheral resistance. The drug often causes artery dilatation and maybe even veins.

In people with congestion, Perindopril reduces left ventricular hypertrophy, reduces the heart load, reduces the pressure of right and left ventricular filling, reduces the body barrier, mitigates the heart frequency, increases cardiac weight.

In patients with stable angina without clinical signs of heart failure, Perindopril reduces cardiovascular events in these patients.

    Dynamic pharmacokinetics

Perindopril is quickly absorbed after oral (reaching the peak concentration in 1 hour) and strongly metabolized, mainly in the liver into Perindoprilat. Food reduces biological transformation into Perindoprilat and thus reduces bioavailability. Perindoprilat is eliminated in urine and the time to sell free drugs is about 3-5 hours.
