Coperil 4 drugs are indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of hypertension Calculate the metabolism of Perindoprilat. Perindopril prevents Angiotensin I transforming into Angiotensin II as a strong vascular contraction agent.

How to use

Coperil 4 is taken orally.

Perindopril is usually given once in the morning, hungry (before meals).

Dosage

Dosage in hypertension: 4 mg/day, if needed after one month of treatment may increase to 8 mg.

For elderly patients: 2 mg/day, if needed after one month of treatment can increase to 4 mg.

In the case of renal failure: need to adjust the dose according to the degree of renal failure:

Creatinine clearance from 30 to 60 ml/minute: 2 mg/day.

Creatinine clearance from 15 to 30 ml/minute: 2 mg every two days.
