Cravit drugs 1.5% Santen 5ml are indicated in the following cases:

Treatment of bacterial infections caused by sensitive bacteria: lash inflammation, pocket inflammation, conjunctivitis, conjunctivitis, eyelash infections, keratitis (including corneal ulcer).

Used as preventive antibiotics before and after eye surgery.

Pharmacology

levofloxacin hydrate is the L's isomers of the Racemic ofloxacin mixture, with strong antibiotic activity nearly 2 times more than 2 times ofloxacin.

Mechanism of action: The main mechanism of action of levofloxacin hydrate is to inhibit DNA synthesis of bacteria by inhibiting the activity of DNA Gyrase (Topoisomerase Il) and Topoisomerase IV. Depending on the bacterial strain, the effect of the drug can be caused by inhibition of the activity of Topoisomerase II or Topoisomerase IV.

How to use
