Cravit drugs 1.5% Santen 5ml are indicated in the following cases:

Pharmacology
levofloxacin hydrate is the L's isomers of the Racemic ofloxacin mixture, with strong antibiotic activity nearly 2 times more than 2 times ofloxacin.
Mechanism of action: The main mechanism of action of levofloxacin hydrate is to inhibit DNA synthesis of bacteria by inhibiting the activity of DNA Gyrase (Topoisomerase Il) and Topoisomerase IV. Depending on the bacterial strain, the effect of the drug can be caused by inhibition of the activity of Topoisomerase II or Topoisomerase IV.
Antibacterial activity: Levofloxacin Hydrate has a strong antibacterial activity in ViFro, against eye -causing bacteria, including gram -positive bacteria. Bacteria indicate Staphylococcus sp., Streptococcus sp., Streptococcus pneumoniae, Enterococcus sp., Micrococcus sp., Moraxella sp., Corynebacterium sp., Klebsiella sp., Enterobacter sp. Haemophilus Influenzae, | Haemophilus aegyptius (Koch-Weeks), Pseudomonas sp., Pseudomonas Aeruginosa, Stenotrophomonas (xanthomonas) Maltophilia, Acinetobacter sp, and propionibacterium acnes.

Plasma concentrations: Levofloxacin concentration in plasma is measured in 8 healthy mature volunteers during the 8 -day treatment with this drug, 2 eyes with 1 drop/eye/time, 1 time of the first day and 8 times/day for the remaining 7 days (from 2-8). How to use
