Indications

Trozimed drugs are indicated in the following cases:

Used in addition to the treatment of psoriasis, mild to moderate. The exact mechanism of acting for psoriasis of Calcipotriol has not been fully understood, however, in vitro evidence shows that the drug stimulates the differentiation and inhibition of proliferation of many cells including horny cells. This effect is approximately equivalent to natural vitamin D but shows that the efficiency of using calcium of calcificationriol is inferior to natural vitamin D to 100-200 times.

After applying to the scalp of Calcipotriol solution 0.005% to healthy skin or psoriasis patches, less than 1% of the dose is absorbed through the skin for 12 hours. How to use
