Czartan-50 is used in hypertension treatment.

Use Czartan-50 alone or in combination with other drugs.

Losartan and main metabolites have the activity to prevent vascular shrinkage and aldosteron secretions of Angiotensin II by preventing Angiotensin II selective, not attached to the AT1 receptor in many tissues (blood vessel smooth muscles, adrenal glands).
