Uses
indications
Daikyn's drugs are indicated in the following cases:
Estriol is especially effective in treating symptoms during menopause, preventing vaginal atrophy and manifestations of vascular disorders (hot). Estriol is also used to prevent osteoporosis after menopause. Vaginal atrophy and urinary tract epithelium respond to a short course of Estriol applied to the vagina for a few weeks.
Estriol makes the vaginal epithelium return to normal and thus restores normal and physiological bacteria in the vagina, thus increasing the resistance of the urinary tract against bacterial and inflammation.
Pharmacokinetics
absorption
Set vaginal estriol to ensure optimal effectiveness. Estriol is also absorbed in the general circulation, shown by rapid increase in the concentration of estriol in non -combination form in plasma.
Distribution
Unlike other estrogen, estriol is very little attached to globulin global hormones (SHBG); Most estriol (90%) is attached to plasma albumin. The peak concentration achieved in plasma 1-2 hours after application.
Metabolism
Estriol is metabolized mainly by combined and eliminated in the cycle of intestinal circulation.
Elimination
The final metabolic product is excreted mainly in the form of a combination. Only a small amount (2%) is excreted in feces mainly in the form of an inexperienced estriol.

The unwanted effect of estrogen depends on the dose. Most serious ADRs of estrogen therapy first appeared from previous studies with higher dosage estrogen -containing contraceptives than those currently used or hormone replacement drugs for menopausal women.
Common, ADR> 1/100
Systemic: Excessive weight gain or restoration in the body. Genital urinary: Replace menstruation, loss of menstruation (during use) or amenorrhea (after use), menstrual system, money -like syndrome, candidiasis vaginitis. Uncommon, 1/1 000 Rare, ADR Cholestasis jaundice, liver tumor, liver function test. Instructions on how to handle ADR Nausea and vomiting is the first reaction of estrogen therapy in some people, but this effect may end over time and can be minimized by taking estrogen with food or right before going to bed. Breasts may be painful and edema, but sometimes this symptom decreases when the dose is reduced. If hypertension or any symptoms of congested thrombosis, jaundice, severe depression or severe migraine persistent or recurrent, must stop estrogen. Folic acid may be needed if there is a folat deficiency.
Warnings
Before using the drug you need to read the instructions carefully and refer to the information below.
Contraindicated
Daikynbeart is contraindicated in the following cases:
Be cautious when using
Before starting estrogen therapy, the patient must be examined and asked for a thorough family history and then periodically re -examined. The use of estrogen to treat menopausal disorders must be considered in each specific case, considering the level of disorders, conditions, risks of each patient.
Usually estrogen must not be used for more than a year without the physician. Examination must pay special attention to blood pressure, breast, abdominal organs and sub -frames and make papanicolaou blade. Patients need to examine breasts once a month and be examined by a specialist at least once a year; If the patient is at high risk (age, family factor, with lymph nodes ...), it must be examined more often.
Because vasoconstrictor of thrombosis is at higher risk of postoperative surgery during the use of estrogen therapy, estrogen should be stopped when possible, at least 4 weeks before a surgery at risk of increased blood vessel thrombosis or must be immobile for a long time. Estrogen must be used carefully in people with impaired kidney or liver function or suffering from bone metabolic disorders with hypercalcemia. Estrogen must be used carefully in people with some diseases that may worsen due to retention in the body (eg migraine, heart failure, kidney failure or liver failure).
People with a history of depression must be carefully monitored during the time of using estrogen therapy.
The ability to drive and operate machinery
should be cautious when used for driving objects and operating machinery.
Pregnancy
estrogen can be severe toxic to the fetus when used for pregnant women. Not used during pregnancy.
The period of breastfeeding
Use estrogen for nursing mothers to reduce the number and quality of milk. Must decide or stop breastfeeding or stopping the drug, based on the importance of treatment requirements.
Drug interaction
rifampicin reduces estrogen activity when used simultaneously with estrogen due to liver's microsom enzyme induction. The same effect may occur with other liver enzyme induction drugs (barbiturat, carbamazepin, phenylbutazon, phenytoin and primidon). Estrogen can enhance the anti -inflammatory effect of hydrocortisone and can reduce corticosteroid metabolism in the liver and/or change serum corticosteroid protein. Corticosteroid dose must be adjusted when starting to use estrogen or corticosteroid stops.
Estrogen may reduce anticoagulant oral effects and may need an increase in anticoagulant dose.
Anti -enzyme anti -convulsions, reducing the effect of estrogen. Clinically monitoring and if necessary, the hormone dose must be adjusted in and after stopping anti -convulsions. Oxcarbazepine may reduce the effect of estrogen due to increased estrogen metabolism in the liver. Clinically monitoring and if necessary, the hormone dose must be adjusted in and after stopping oxcarbazepine.
