Eperisone Hydrochloride has a stable treatment effect in improving the various symptoms related to muscle tone, thanks to cutting the pathological spiral of muscle spasms.
Eperisone Hydrochloride has the main effect on the spinal cord, reducing the marrow reflexes and creates muscle relaxation by reducing the sensitivity of the muscle through the gamma centrifugation system. In addition, the vasodilation effect of the drug increases circulation. Therefore, Eperisone Hydrochloride by a diverse method, cutting the pathological spiral, which has the muscle contraction of blood disorders, then causes pain and leads to an increase in muscle tone. Eperisone Hydrochloride has been shown to be a clinical effective drug in improving the symptoms of muscle tone, such as shoulder spasms, neck vertebra pain, headache, dizziness, lumbar pain and spasticity of the head - may be accompanied by cerebrospinal disease, cervical vertebra syndrome, shoulder and lumbar inflammation.

On day 1, 8, and 14, the average time leads to the maximum concentration range from 1.6 to 1.9 hours. The average concentration is 7.5 to 7.9 ng/ml; The average selling time is 1.6 to 1.8 hours and the area under the plasma concentration curve is 19.7 to 21.1 ng. The plasma concentrations of Eperisone Hydrochloride are measured on the 8th and 14th day, there is no significant change compared to the first day.
absorption, distribution, metabolism and elimination
When L4C - Eperisone Hydrochloride (Eperisone Hydrochloride is marked with L4C radiation) used by oral for mice at a dose of 50 mg/kg, most of the drugs absorbed through the gastrointestinal tract and Eperisone Hydrochloride concentration are in a constant form in low plasma. This suggests that the first absorption efficiency is relatively high. After 30 minutes after drinking, the radioactive concentration in the brain, spinal cord, thigh nerves and muscles in the cavity are equal to blood levels. Within the first 5 days after taking the drug, 98% of radioactive has been recovered, 77% from urine, 21% from feces. At 24 hours after drinking, 43% of radioactivity was excreted in bile. This finding shows that Eperisone Hydrochloride participates in the liver -intestinal cycle. That was seen in mice, mice and hunting dogs. Eperisone Hydrochloride is metabolized through hydration of carboxylate, an inactive metabolite.
