Dipartate drugs are indicated in the following cases:

supplement magnesi and potassium in the case of shortage. Supporting the treatment of some chronic heart disease such as heart failure, after myocardial infarction, in some cases of arrhythmia.

Mg2+ and K+ ions are intracellular cations, playing an important role in the function of many enzymes, myocardial muscle spasms affected by internal and extracellular concentrations K+, Ca2+ and Na+.

ion K+ is the most cation in intracellular fluid. K+ plays a key role in establishing a membrane potential when resting and in the reducing phase of the voltage that works in the nerve and muscle organization. K+ also plays a role in maintaining the volume of fluid in the cell. When K+ swap with H+ it helps to regulate pH. Normal plasma K+ concentration is 3.8-5.0 MEQ/L.

Mg2+ is the second most common intracellular cation after K+ in terms of function, Mg2+ is the same element of important enzymes that metabolize carbohydrates, proteins and Na+/k+ atpase (Na+ pump enzyme+). Mg2+ is also important in neuromuscular activity, impulsive transmission, and function of the heart muscle. The normal mg2+ concentration in plasma is only 1.3-2.1 Meq/l.

How to use

Dosage

The usual dose is 2 capsules/time x 3 times/day. In several severe cases, take 3 tablets/time x 3 times/day of the week and then reduce the dose to the usual dose.
