Green Methylene has a mild antiseptic effect and is used by oral at a dose of 65 - 130 mg, 3 times/day to treat urinary tract infections without complications and prevent the formation of oxalate stones.
Camphor Monobromid works to reduce pelvic congestion.
Malva seed powder (Malva Purpurea) is made from high -grain seed extract with diuretic effects.
Dynamic pharmacokinetics
Methylene green is well absorbed from the digestive tract. At the tissue, methylene is quickly reduced to Leukomethylen green, sustainable in the form of salt, complex form or in the form of a combination of urine, but not reduced in the blood.
Methylene green is eliminated through urine and bile. About 75% of oral doses are eliminated in the urine, mostly in the form of leukomethylene colorless. When exposed to the air, the urine turns green or blue due to oxidation products, methylen sulfon. A part of the transformation is also eliminated through the urine.
Camphor after being combined by the liver glucuronic, also excreted in the urine, in the form of hydroxylation derivatives without activity.
