indications

Doropycin 1.5 M.I.U is indicated in the following cases:

  • Infections in the respiratory, skin and genitals caused by sensitive bacteria.

    Pharmacy

is an antibiotic macrolid group with antibacterial spectrum similar to antibacterial spectroscopy of erythromycin and clindamycin. The drug has the effect of pliers in bacteria that are dividing cells. In plasma concentrations, the drug has a bactericidal effect, but when the concentration of the drug can kill bacteria.

The mechanism of action of Doropycin 1.5 M.I.U is the effect on the subunits of 50S of ribosom bacteria and preventing protein synthetic bacteria.

In places where the drug level is very low, Spiramycin has a resistance to Gram -positive strains, coccus strains such as Staphylococcus, Pneumococcus, Meningoccus, most Gonococcus strains, 75 % Streptococcus and Enteroccus. The strains of Bordetella Perussis, Corynebacteria, Chlamydia, Actinomyces, some Mycoplasma and Toxoplasma strains are also sensitive to Spiramycin.

Spiramycin does not work with Gram -negative intestinal bacteria. There has been a notice of bacterial resistance to spiramycin, including cross -resistance between Spiramycin, erythromycin and oleandomycin. However, erythromycin resistance strains are sometimes still sensitive to spiramycin.

    pharmacokinetic

Spiramycin is not completely absorbed in the digestive tract.

  • Oral drugs are absorbed about 20-50% of the dose of use. The stomach greatly reduces the bioavailability of the drug.
  • High concentration in the lungs, tonsils, bronchi and sinuses. Short distribution (10.2 ± 3.72 minutes). The drug is excreted mainly in bile. The concentration of drugs in bile is 15-40 times larger than plasma concentrations. After 36 hours, only about 2% of the total dose is found in the urine.
