Doropycin 3 M.I.U drug is indicated in the following cases:
Pharmacy
is an antibiotic macrolid group with antibacterial spectrum similar to antibacterial spectroscopy of erythromycin and clindamycin. The drug has the effect of pliers in bacteria that are dividing cells. In plasma concentrations, the drug has a bactericidal effect, but when the concentration of the drug can kill bacteria.
The mechanism of action of Doropycin 3 M.I.U is the effect on the subunit of 50S units of bacterial ribosom and preventing protein synthetic bacteria.
In places where the drug level is very low, Spiramycin has a resistance to Gram -positive strains, coccus strains such as Staphylococcus, Pneumococcus, Meningoccus, most Gonococcus strains, 75 % Streptococcus and Enteroccus. The strains of Bordetella Perussis, Corynebacteria, Chlamydia, Actinomyces, some Mycoplasma and Toxoplasma strains are also sensitive to Spiramycin.
Spiramycin does not work with Gram -negative intestinal bacteria. There has been a notice of bacterial resistance to spiramycin, including cross -resistance between Spiramycin, erythromycin and oleandomycin. However, erythromycin resistance strains are sometimes still sensitive to spiramycin.
pharmacokinetic
Spiramycin is not completely absorbed in the digestive tract. Oral drugs are absorbed about 20-50% of the dose of use. The peak concentration of plasma is achieved within 2-4 hours after drinking. The peak concentration in plasma after oral 1g dose is 1 microgram/ml.
The concentration of blood peaks after the single dose can be maintained for 4 to 6 hours. Drinking Spiramycin when there is food in the stomach greatly reduces the bioavailability of the drug. Food reduces about 70 % of the maximum concentration of the drug in plasma and makes the peak time from 2 hours.
Spiramycin is widely distributed throughout the body. The drug reaches high concentrations in the lungs, tonsils, bronchial and sinuses. Spiramycin is less penetrated into the cerebrospinal fluid.
The plasma concentration in plasma has a bactericidal effect in the range of 0.1 - 3.0 micrograms/ml and the concentration of the drug in tissue has a bactericidal effect in the range of 8 - 64 micrograms/ml. Spiramycin oral medication has short distribution time (10.2 ± 3.72 minutes).
The average selling time is 5 - 8 hours. The drug is excreted mainly in bile. The concentration of drugs in bile is 15-40 times larger than plasma concentrations. After 36 hours, only about 2 % of the total dose is found in the urine.

Management
If you or anyone else (such as children) take too many pills, see the doctor or go to the recovery department - emergency of the nearest hospital.
In case of an overdose, the electrocardiogram should be used to measure the QT interval, especially when there are other risks (reduced potassium, congenital QT interval, combining the use of drugs that extend the QT and/or causing torsion). There is no antidote. Symptomatic treatment.
What to do when forgetting a dose? However, if the time to relax with the next dose is too short, skip the dose and continue the calendar of the drug. Do not use double dose to compensate for missed dose.
